We monitor traffic on highways and major roads and we know exactly how long it's going to take to get from point A to point B. In fact, we are so concerned about lessening the stress on our clients, we arrive at pick ups at least 15 minutes early. So if you're ready early or if traffic suggests an early departure, we are already waiting, but discretely, so as not to pressure.

For clients who are not familiar with the Chicago airports, Black Bird Coach^TM offers a Meet and Greet Airport Service. Sometimes exiting an airport at a certain gate or pick up terminal at rush hour may be time consuming.
