1. Technology - the most obvious modern tool is GPS. Not only does GPS keep us from getting lost, it also helps us find alternate routes around traffic and weather conditions. Speaking of weather, Internet forecasts, complete with radar, bring weather down to the neighborhood level. So with in-car wi-fi and a laptop, we can know if and when a thunderstorm might impact a trip.



2. Experience - people respond to people, that's the most important lesson we've learned from years behind the wheel. When we talk about our business we use the term chauffeured transportation, not car-for-rent. You are hiring someone to drive you to O'hare. You're not renting a car or grabbing a cab.
